Satisfaction:
We strive for excellence in all of Atmospheres Salon's services and products. In the event that you are not happy with the service you received, please let us know within three days and give us the opportunity to rectify the situation. Products must be returned within seven days accompanied with your sales receipt. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
Health Issues:
Because we are concerned for the well being of all our guests, we kindly ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to any salon services so that we can be sure that our services do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you have or medical treatment you are receiving.
Online Booking:
We are pleased to offer the convenience of 24 hour online booking for our guests. This feature will allow you to book future appointments as well as view upcoming appointments already scheduled. There are some booking situations that cannot be scheduled online, such as upgrades and packages. If you are having trouble scheduling an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that the service or stylist is not available. In this event, please contact a member of our staff and they will be happy to assist you with these appointments during our regular business hours.
Walk-Ins:
Walk-ins are welcome, and we will try to honor your request for a particular stylist; however, we cannot guarantee that a specific stylist will be available. If you have a strong preference, an appointment is recommended.
Cancellations & No Shows:
If you must cancel your appointment, please give us 24-hours notice. We reserve the right to require customers who do not keep their appointments, or frequently cancel to receive services on a walk-in basis.
Punctuality:
At Atmospheres Salon, we respect your time and strive to maintain a schedule that accommodates all of our customers. We will do everything we can to ensure that your appointment time is honored. We respectfully request that you do the same for us and our other customers. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we might need to shorten your original scheduled appointment, or reschedule for another time.
Cell Phones:
Please honor and enjoy the relaxing environment that we have created and try to maintain at Atmospheres Salon. While we understand that you might occasionally need to use your cell phone in the salon, please remember and respect that many of our customers come here to enjoy the tranquility.
Children:
An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the lobby waiting area at any time. Children are NOT permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's hair service for the safety of both the child, parent, other clients and salon staff.
The parent of any disruptive or especially loud child will be asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for other clients.
Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.
Pets:
Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Rule #130-5-.07
It shall be unlawful to allow pets in cosmetology (hair salon) establishments.
Returned Checks:
Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge. We reserve the right to require customers that have had a returned check to pay with cash or credit only.
Discounts: Referal Program, SCAD Discount, New Client Discount, etc.
All discounts awarded are for services only and are only valid for services $35.00 and up. Also, discounts are only awarded for services $35.00 and up. Discount coupons must be presented at the time of the service check out to receive discounts. Discount coupons will only be honored for the person they were issued to. Discounts include but are not limited to coupons, reward coupons, online coupons, etc.
Students receiving the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) student discount are not eligible for any other discount.
Wedding services, updo's & makeup applications are not eligible for any discounts.
Atmospheres Salon reserves the right to change the policies at any time.
Just as we provide you with a comfortable, relaxing environment inside our salon, we want to keep you stress-free away from the salon. Therefore, when you register for online booking or give us your contact information when you check into the salon, we promise to never share any of your personal or contact information with third parties.
